"Matsui’s Tottori Blended Whisky is a sourced whisky blended and matured by the Kurayoshi Distillery. Named for the Tottori region where Kurayoshi is located, Tottori whiskies are aged in a variety of re-used white oak casks. With about half of the blend consisting of malt whisky, this award-winning whisky is perfect for Highballs, Old Fashioneds, and other straightforward cocktails which allow the spirit to shine. The nose exhibits delicate malted grain sweetness, red apple, and cacao. The palate is big on red fruit, more apple, and apricot with a lingering hint of black pepper and oak."
