"For this collection we decided to press our supreme agaves with a Tahona volcanic stone,
an ancestral method that allows us to extract the agave juices in a concentrated way,
thus achieving a broader aromatic spectrum with a long permanence in the mouth. Bold peppercorn and pear skin on the nose, bolstered by petrichor and baked yam; bright herbaceous palate, with fresh sweetgrass, snap pea, lemon zest, and an undercurrent of cured meat and wet clay. Truly incredible blanco tequila. Jay Kosher Certified. "
