"The citrus-golden NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut Réserve Perpétuelle offers a fantastic nose with great purity, finesse, elegance and a beautiful mix of Chardonnay chalk, yeast and oxidation. Very intense but always pure and precise. Intense and lush on the palate but also pure, tight and mineral, with chalky finesse and great tension, this cuvée reveals some fascinating matured fruit and wine flavors. The finish is lush and generous but precise, finessed and elegant, leaving the tongue with great tension, grip and structure. A great wine indeed."

"Robert Moncuit's Reserve Perpetuelle is a blend of reserve wines from various vintages, each of which is kept in tank separately before they are blended. The current release spans six different vintages, 2006 - 2012, and the dosage is 2 grams per liter. It is the same wine that the domaine used to just call Blanc de Blancs Extra NV."
