"Rhum J.M V.S.O.P. is created by aging rhum a total of 4 years; the first being new American oak and then finishes the last 3 years in Bourbon barrels. The Rhum is finally reduced to 43% ABV with pure volcanic spring water from Habitation Bellevue. This extraordinary aged rhum retains qualities of the natural terroir and sugarcane of Habitation Bellevue. Expect to find nougaty richness with flavors of cinnamon, clove, spiced butter and lemony toffee."
