Winemaker Notes:
"Made up of 3 grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier), always with a dominant Pinot Noir, it is marked with the seal of wealth (ripe Pinot noir, aging on lees with batonnage, reserve wines). The low yields, the reasonable contributions of organic matter to the soil as well as the perfect maturity that is sought give the clusters of Pinot Noir and Meunier a concentration of anthocyanins (coloring molecules of the grape) higher than normal. Its amber color is therefore completely natural: no bleaching technique is used."
