"A deeply hued, balanced rosé that's dry and smoky, showing notes of sultana and whole-grain toast, and hints of cured tobacco and citrus peel. Tactile, like raw silk, in texture, with a lingering, savory finish. This calls for salumi."
Winemaker Notes:
"A vineyard rooted in a Kimmeridgian terroir, composed of marl and limestone, located in the village of Celles-sur-Ource in the heart of the Côte des Bars. A natural viticulture labeled Ampelos since 1996 and certified High Environmental Value. A limited yield on a 30 middle-aged vineyard. Mechanical tillage, without synthetic products. Vinification, infusion for 24 hours of the Pinot Noir skin in its juice to obtain a rosé wine."
