"The Drives refers to the labyrinth of excavated tunnels stretching beneath the Seppelt Winery, where generations of wines have slowly matured since 1868. Composed of an elegant combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this delicate sparkling wine exhibits refreshing fruit characters supported by subtle yeast characters and refreshing acid. Crisp and elegant, yet creamy. Citrus, rockmelon and warm, buttered toast. Strawberries and cream, with hints of brown sugar and lime."
