"The NV Brut Grande Cuvée( 100% Pinot Noir) is a very good wine with bright fresh aromatics. This mid-weight Champagne from Moutard delivers the goods. Lemon peel, white flowers, crushed rocks, mint and slate lend pretty flavorful top notes. This is a fine value in the realm of grower Champagne. The current release is based on 2017, with 30% reserve wines blended in. Dosage is 10 grams per liter."
