"This California Champagne has fresh pear and subtle citrus notes and works beautifully with seafood that exemplifies “delicate richness,” such as scallops, poached shrimp, or even fried oysters. It’s a great brunch wine, as it’s delicious with egg dishes and creamier flavors. It would also pair nicely with any chicken dishes involving a light gravy or creamy sauce.
Korbel brut – made with organically grown grapes is created in the classic Korbel style, crisp, delicate, and bright. They always strive to present the pure flavors of the grape in all of their California Champagnes. The organically grown grapes in this cuvée deliver well-integrated aromas and flavors of apple, pear, and white peaches. The finish is medium-dry, with a slight savory note at the end."
