"The Honke Matsuura Shuzojo Brewery, established in 1804 in Tokushima-prefecture, is the oldest and longest-running breweries in the area. Its brand name, Narutotai, is inspired by the hard-swimming sea bream of the Naruto strait. The unique LED yume 3826 yeast used in the brewing process was developed under LED illumination in Tokushima, resulting in a high-acidity sake. The Narutotai LED offers a rich aroma of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, caramel, and nuts, with a complex flavor profile that includes a refreshing taste of apple and yogurt. It finishes clean and dry, making it an excellent pairing with a variety of dishes, including smoked duck, cheese risotto, roast beef, and cheesecake with blueberry sauce."
