"Musashi Miyamoto was a famous samurai in Japan. Musashi is renowned through stories of his unique double bladed swordsmanship and undefeated record in his 60 duels. Usually guards of japanese swords are pompously decorated. But the guard of his sword was very simple and had no ornate decoration,as it indicates his noble samurai spirit.
Junmai Daiginjo “MUSASHI” is brewed by high level skill of TENGUMAI. It is characteristically clarified and refined taste is just like Musashi’s guard. So its label symbolizes the design of the guard of his sword. The label is made of pure gold leaf. It’s like a veil of light. Gold leaf in Japan is a speciality of Kanazawa. 99 percent of japanese gold leaf is made in Kanazawa,the historical city near our brewery. A lot of beauty and traditional technique of Japan is condensed in this bottle. "
