"It starts with agriculture. Château de Millet has been dedicated to their vineyards for 5 generations, and the Dèche family took over the vineyard and distillation fully in 1973. The grapes are grown on 220 acres of their High Environmental Value certified farm in the heart of the Bas Armagnac region. All their armagnacs are produced exclusively from this single vineyard, where just 25 acres are devoted to their Baco and Ugni Blanc grapes."
