"This champagne has a golden color with light gray reflections. The excitement is fine. After a first reserved nose with aromas of white flowers, aeration reveals candied lemon, toast and creamy. Finally, fine and light tertiary notes open up another aromatic dimension: we will mention the peat, cigar and smoke. The appetizer is fresh and tasty. It grows on density, with a sappy persistent feel which brings the tasting to maturity. It opens with amplitude on white fruits, candied citrus fruits and a fine tangy sensation."
