Winemaker Notes:
"The wine is a very pretty, translucent ruby red. It has the classic Syrah smoke, grilled meat, dried herb, and earth aromas. There’s a touch of mint in there too. Quite lifted. Medium bodied, with a little black cherry showing, and all of the aromatics carry over into the mouth. Very peppery on the finish, with some tannin, and balanced acidity. It’s a wine of finesse, of balance, of grace. It is light on its feet. It’s Fred Astaire."
