"The 2019 Pinot Gris is reasonably full-bodied and rich. Despite having only three grams per liter of residual sugar, it tastes almost off-dry, with flavors of baked pear and apple spiced with hints of ginger, cinnamon and white pepper. Complex in aroma and flavor, round and pleasurable in the mouth and lingering on the finish, it's a fine effort."
Winemaker Notes:
"Bright straw yellow color. Exploding out of the glass with ripe tropical notes of mango, white peach and cantaloupe melon, the primary aromas are supported by touches of fresh cut strawberries and tahitian lime and hints of exotic nutmeg and toasted coconut. The palate is smooth and full flavored. Well balanced, with a slight minerality creating a fine-textured bone dry palate, this Pinot Gris finishes in a flourish of long-lasting tropical fruit."
