"All of the grapes for this wine were placed as whole clusters,without destemming, into our French Coquard press for a gentle pressing. The Coquard press allows for slow, low-pressure pressing to minimize the breakdown of grape skins and seeds. A small portion of Pinot Noir was left on the skins to impart a pinkish-salmon color, the signature hue of this Rosé."
