Distiller Notes:
"Our Weber Blue agaves are grown in the higher altitude, red earth of Los Altos de Jalisco where there is more water than in the low lands resulting in sweeter piñas. We harvest carefully selected agave plants in the driest season to get the highest sugar concentration and distill using traditional artisanal processes. Our Extra Añejo is limited production and aged more than 3 years using medium toast bourbon and oak barrels. Our tequila is truly made at the tequila connoisseur's request."
Aroma: "Cherries, maple, vanilla, and caramel, hint of wood."
Taste: "Intense honey and wood, bitter chocolate, vanilla, cornbread, and walnut. Perfectly balanced between dry and salty."
