"Crafted in Santa Ana del Rio near Oaxaca, this mezcal is distilled from 100% tepeztate agaves. The Cruz Molina family relies on traditional methods to produce the 90-proof mezcal with 55 lb of agave needed to produce 1 liter. Delicate smoky notes lead the charge on the nose. The palate is creamy with floral and soft green bell pepper notes, culminating in a finish that has a distinct, lingering earthiness."
