"El Mero Mero's Mezcal Tobala comes from San Dionisio, Ocotepec, Oaxaca and is made from 100% Tobala that takes more than 10 years to mature. Tobala is a smaller version of agave which requires a larger amount in order to produce this mezcal, thus making this mezcal unique and rare. With grapefruit pith on the nose, it has a creamy texture and buttermilk notes on the palate."
