"The Russian-born French artist Romain de Tirtoff, also known as Erté (born in November 1892), designed the bottles of this limited edition cognac. Esprit du Cognac (The Spirit of Cognac) captures the soul of cognac through the seductive grace of an exotic dancer, rising from mysterious depths. Subdued yet vibrant colors are used to symbolize the various stages leading to a state of perfect harmony.
Courvoisier's Master Blender has selected a very rare blend of the finest Grande Champagne cognacs, the oldest of which date back more than 100 years, for each decanter of "L'Esprit du Cognac". Only such a blend is worthy of Courvoisier Collection Erte, which synthesizes the talent of an exceptional artist with the craft of a great cognac maker."
