"Convite Esencial is the essential bottling of the Convite collection. This artisanal mezcal is produced from Espadín agaves with a maturity of 8+ years at a single palenque in the village of San Baltazar Guelavila, located in Oaxaca. The Esencial is cooked in an underground stone oven, ground with a tahona stone, and naturally fermented in wood vats before being double distilled in a copper pot. "
