"For Serge Hochar, his whites are like his reds, and like all Musar wines they get better with age. This is a beautiful amber colour, packed with exotic fruit, warm honeyed flavours and spiced apples, displaying a rich and round mouthfeel with texture and spice from the oak, and a long, lingering finish. This is just like a red wine, powerful and complex, with tannic structure and a beautiful oxidative character. This is as serious white which is best enjoyed at cellar temperature with food."
