"Deep red. Black raspberry and cherry on the nose, with whiffs of pipe tobacco, herbs and earth adding complexity. Nicely concentrated, chewy cherry and dark berry flavors are framed by silky tannins and lifted by a tangy minerality. A long finish and lingering notes of bitter cherry and peppery spices. Complex enough to drink now but has the balance to age."
