"We were inspired to create Bimini Coconut after observing our friends frequently pair our gin with coconut and other tropical flavors. Using the same techniques, we infuse all-natural coconut into our original gin to create a taste best described as “Bimini on Vacation.”
Unlike many flavored spirits, Bimini Coconut does not contain any flavor extracts. Instead, we use organic Fair Trade Certified Extra Virgin coconut oil in a process know as “fat washing.” The oil is heated to a liquid state and combined with our original gin to infuse it with pure coconut flavor. After the infusion has completed, the mixture is chilled until the oils solidify and can be strained back out. The result is a subtle, natural coconut aroma and flavor in perfect harmony with our other botanicals.
Use in any gin cocktail. We highly recommend trying it in a Negroni or Gimlet!"
