"This wine has a bouquet of green apple, olives and pickled jalapeño. There is something pleasantly briny about it, with flavors of grapefruit and pineapple infused with a soft saline note and a light floral lift. A hint of jalapeño continues on the palate and is notable on the finish."

"Greenish yellow, bright and fine colored. The nose has hints of citrus and fresh apple with mineral notes. The palate is fresh and fruity, characteristic and light acidity."
