"A wine that means ‘ram’ in the traditional Catalan language. With a wild soul of mountain herbs, orange rind and earth, one sip of this will transport you to a place in which wild rams roam and rare indigenous flowers bloom. Macerated for 4 weeks, then pressed, racked once, and allowed to ferment and age in amphora. No additional sulphur has been added."
