The wine emerges from poor, thin soils over granite, resulting in a profile rich in vibrant red fruit flavors complemented by minerally, saline notes. Its aromatic profile is unexpectedly lush and alluring. This whole-bunch wine showcases pronounced stemmy characteristics alongside flavors of red fruits, cracked black pepper, and freshly cut herbs. The mouthfeel is refreshingly brisk, featuring a tart grip from the fruit skins and a notable coastal acidity, creating a beautifully light and elegant experience."
