Winemaker Notes:
"Straw-colored with green sparkles. Intense aroma with hints of tropical fruits like pineapple and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and full-bodied with very well-balanced acidity. The bubbles from its own fermentation can be seen.
Made from the Hondarrubi Zuri (white varietal) and Hondarrubi Beltza (red varietal) grapes, this could the most pure, beautiful, and all around perfect aperitif available. Naturally low in alcohol, clocking in at about 11%, and accented by a bracing acidity, this wine could stoke the most stifled appetite,and is incredibly versatile with food pairings, especially seafood and cured meats."
