Trecini is a small, boutique, family-owned winery.  The Vicini family started the winery in 2000 after a long restaurant career at The Villa in Santa Rosa.  Trecini is known for their multiple award-winning varietals from both Sonoma County and Italy.  Their wines are all food friendly and they believe that the wine speaks for itself.  Trecini is known for their varietal consistency from year to year.  Grenache Rose is bright, fruity and usually dry with balanced acidity and tannins.  They typically have flavors of strawberries, raspberries and hibiscus.  The fruity notes shine through for a delightful, rich taste.  Roses made from the Grenache grape are very popular in Provence and Spain.  The 2023 Trecini Rose of Grenache took home a Best of Class for the Yolo County AVA and 90 Points in the 2024 Harvest Terroir Wine Challenge.  It's a  lovely and deliciously vibrant Rose.  It has flavors of strawberries, pomegranate, peaches, watermelon, raspberry and rose petals.  This Rose has a long and crisp finish that lingers, begging for another sip.  This is a wine that can be enjoyed all year round.  It's a delicious delight for your palate.  Enjoy!
