"On our second vintage of Albor, we’ve found an uptick in texture and depth with our white blend of Albariño and Godello. The 2021 vintage is layered with texture from aging the wine on its lees, along with the added body from the partial malolactic fermentation that provides a deeper and more complex bouquet of pear, white peach, and lemon zest. On the palate, the wine presents itself expansive with notes of candied ginger, citrus blossom, and a long persistent structured and nervy finish."
