"This particular wine, made from old vines sourced exclusively from the single-vineyard site known as 'Pargues', is situated between the highly coveted crus of Vaillons and Montmains. The grapes are harvested from 40 to 50-year-old vines and are then processed using both stainless steel and neutral barrels (30%). A lively blend of lemon peel, crushed minerals, and delicate white blooms take center stage on the palate, making this wine a refreshing and quenching delight."
