"The 2023 is my favorite in a string of very successful Mathis Rosé vintages. The brilliant pale pink-salmon hue, coupled with opulent floral and melon aromas make it super inviting. Palate entry is fresh and silky smooth texturally. Flavors include strawberries, white peaches and watermelon. The brilliant harmony and balance of this vintage combine to make it a great warm weather refresher as well as an amazingly versatile food pairing wine."
