"Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre grow their Chardonnay vines from parcels situated beside the village of Fontenay-Près-Chablis, at the very heart of Chablis' vineyards. On high plains or steep hills, all the domaine's Chablis grow on stony Kimmeridgien limestone soils. Most of their vineyards are between 15 and 25 years old. This is a fresh and fruity wine with flavors of white flesh fruits, like peach and pear, with citrus notes and good minerality. Pleasant as an aperitif, it makes an ideal partner for oysters, shellfish and grilled fish."
