On the palate, it’s light to medium-bodied with juicy acidity, soft tannins, and a silky mouthfeel. Subtle herbal, spice, and earthy nuances lend added depth. Fresh and elegant, it pairs beautifully with grilled tuna, poultry, pasta dishes, Sicilian caponata, and soft cheeses."
