"This approachable white shows heaps of lime leaf, lavender and tale aromas. The acidity is lifted and fresh but not shrill. There's what feels like just the slightest sweetness, bright citrus fruit, and a chalky texture. A quintessential Clare Valley wine that's food and summer friendly."
Winemaker Notes:
"This wine displays a straw color in the glass. Aromas of citrus rind and brown lime, with a hint of rock melon and floral notes. On the palate, there is great citrus drive, with lemon and lime zest and grapefruit flavors. A firm but fleshy line with a long finish of white florals and wet stone. A mouthwatering, classic Watervale Riesling."
