"These are two beautiful Liracs from the team of Sasha Verhage, Adam Lee, and Morét Brealynn, as well as Jeff and Simona Paly from Lirac. Starting with their 2023 Lirac Essen, this Grenache-dominated blend (there's 24% Syrah, which isn't insignificant) gives up earthy red and black fruits, leather, and Provençal, peppery herb aromatics. I love its complexity, and it's medium-bodied, has a pure, elegant mouthfeel, a beautiful core of sweet fruit, and outstanding length. Drink bottles through 2033. Drink 2025-2033."
