"This wine is produced from very beautiful seaside terroirs, located on the slopes of Cap Canaille, and near Arène beach. It expresses characteristic notes of white-fleshed fruits and peach aromas. Its complex aromatic palette is linked to the 3 grape varieties that compose it. Its salty and iodized minerality supported by fine bitters will allow it to accompany a meal around Mediterranean fish, or a starter of Provençal vegetables. It can also age for a few years in the cellar."
