"This wine is fresh, with aromas of yellow apple, pear, white peach and white flowers on the nose. The flavors on the palate are kaffir lime, tangerine and dried herbs, sliding into pink grapefruit, sedimentary rock, lemon peel and a dry finish. Pair with grilled fish and good times."
Winemaker Notes:
"The wine has a light, golden hue and lovely clarity. Tropical fruit notes of guava and pineapple dominate the nose and fill the senses with beautiful aromas. On the palate, the wine explodes—bright and tangy. Surprisingly dry but with a hint of sweetness, it has slight minerality and is very well structured. The finish is juicy and long. The flavors remain long after the wine is gone."
