Winemaker Notes:
"Sweet boysenberry and cherry cola aromas blend with a touch of star anise. The palate enjoys raspberry notes alongside hints of chocolate, leading to a balanced finish.
Buzz Seaton, a multigenerational grower, farms this vineyard on a hillside in northwest Dry Creek Valley. His head-pruned, dry-farmed Zinfandel vines are nearly a half-century old and produce an intense, suptuous wine that is aged in French oak and bottled unfined."
