"Chitry is a commune that is about seven miles southwest of the village of Chablis and which is next to the western end of the Chablis appellation in the Courgis area. Chitry Blanc is made from Chardonnay and the appellation has similar limestone soils as Chablis. Aromas include honeysuckle, jasmine, camellia, narcissus, citrus blossoms, white grapefruit, Meyer Lemon, and green apple. Flavors include green apple, white grapefruit, pear, white peaches, and kiwi. There is a medium to full body, perfect balance and acidity, and a somewhat lush and saturated full finish."
