"This 2021 Bacigalupi wine features notes of vanilla and warm and bright citrus fruit. There is a ton of weight on the palate, with medium to high viscosity. The acid is bright with hints of baking spice and vanilla shining through from the barrels. This Chardonnay has a great richness with sweet taste lingering making it very refreshing and unique. One of the few Chardonnays designed to age over the next 5 to 10 years."
