"The 2021 De Nit Extra Brut Rosé from Raventós I Blanc is composed from a blend this year of forty percent Xarel-lo, thirty-five percent Macabeu, twenty percent Parellada and five percent Malvasia de Sitges. It was aged for a year and a half sur latte and was disgorged in April of 2023. The wine is a very pale salmon color and offers up a bright and precise bouquet of wild strawberries, white peach, salty minerality, lemongrass and citrus peel. On the palate the wine is vibrant, focused and full-bodied, with a lovely core and mineral undertow, frothy mousse and fine length and grip on the impeccably balanced finish. Fine juice. 2023-2040+"

"The vines of the Barbera, Plana and Viader plots have deep soil with a clay loam texture, which provides us with freshness and elegance. The Monestrell plot, situated on the terraces on Serral hill, marks the De Nit sparkling wine with its personality. A creamy, floral nose leads to crisp, elegant and refreshing palate of berry fruit. A long and vibrant finish invites the next sip."
