"Dense on the nose, this unique take on Graciano is rich yet also fresh, with aromas of black plum, cassis and violet. The palate is inky and intense while framed in sticky young tannins and fiery acidity, showcasing dark fruit flavors without much of the bubblegum that usually comes from carbonic fermentation."

"The 2023 Carbonic Graciano is our favorite vintage of this wine to date and fun is an understatement! While the juicy and bright palate of red raspberry, boysenberries, and red hot dollars candy initially entices you it is the notes of cola and pepper that surprise and delight your senses. This wine is bright yet complex with balanced acidity and flavors, approachable mid palate with a very long chalky yet velvety finish. Serve this with a slight chill on a warm day for ultimate enjoyment!"
