"Pale yellow with green glints. It evokes white flowers, quince and grapefruit on the nose. It is fresh, silky, mineral and unctuous. When we small winegrowers give birth to a new wine we take care of every detail, in the hope that, over the years, this authentic vital project will grow and consolidate. Caíño blanco has always been grown in our house. Now we have recovered it in a unique wine that bears our daughter's name and is a commitment to the future."
