"This wine comes from the contrada of Santa Margherita and is entirely made from Grillo. The vines are planted on the hillsides of the Iblei Mountains, and benefit from cool wind, with diverse plantlife surrounding them. The Grillo sees a 2 day maceration on the skins, fermented spontaneously in concrete tank, and aged for one year in Austrian oak. Enjoy this medium-bodied dry amber white with shrimp arancini."
