"The 2021 Stray Cats Sonoma Valley Muscadelle is a precise, pure white wine with vibrant, stone fruit flavors and a mouthwatering finish. I didn’t use any new oak on this wine, thus making certain that nothing interferes with the wine’s chiseled fresh fruit. Completely dry, this wine is an unbelievable pairing with crab but also works well with oysters and most other shellfish."
