"The domaine's parcels in Forets consist of two plots spanning less than 2 hectares. One parcel is home to 60-year-old vines and sits adjacent to Vincent Dauvissat's holdings, while the other features younger vines (25 years old) and is located near Raveneau's parcel. Known for its remarkable strength and intensity, Forets stands out among Chablis' premier cru vineyards, boasting a complex composition of clays and decomposed rock over limestone. Its southeastern exposure also contributes to a warm microclimate, making it a truly exceptional site."
