"2022 is Petite Empreinte's first tiny vintage of St. Bris. The fruit comes from 2 micro-parcels of vines: one planted in 1990 on a western-exposed, Kimmeridgian limestone ridge in the village of Vincelottes, minutes south of Saint Bris and west of Irancy, and the second planted in 1959 on a north-facing yet very sunny slope of marnes blanche. The farming is organic and all work done by hand; yields are extremely low at 28 hl/ha."
