"Gaetano and Nicoletta Gargano met Rosenthal through Giampiero Bea, whose low-intervention winemaking techniques closely align with theirs. This wine is crafted from 100% hand-harvested Insolia grapes picked in September. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation without temperature regulation and remains on the skins and grape solids for 15 days. The wine is gently filtered and finished with minimal sulfur. Compared to the 'Praruar,' it displays a lighter orange color."
