"This medium straw-colored wine exhibits aromas of peach, Golden Delicious apple, lemon zest and thyme. Passion fruit, green apple, orange blossom, sage and flint flavors are set into a well-textured wine with gorgeously integrated acidity. "It is one of the few white wines from El Bierzo aged on lees. Godelia Godello rests five months on lees in tanks. What makes this wine special is the evolution of the white grape and the time in the bottle. Godelia Godello has a gift that is very hard to obtain: it is ideal for sitting around and chatting, since it is fresh and has a lot of character, but it is also excellent for pairing, thanks to its nuances."
